• Good MS-Office working knowledge.

• Demonstrated passion for accuracy and data maintenance.
• Should have a fair understanding of accounting terminologies, Credit, Debit, Journals, Ledger etc.
• Experienced candidate in BPO back end support is preferred.

Job Description:

• Ensure highest level of timely deliverer within set time lines.
• The Backend Support Associate needs to perform application task with specific set of instruction provided by client.
• The associate needs to follow customer and Organization policies, Undergo the required training & understand periodic updates.
• Maintaining reports on daily basis and sharing with the stakeholders.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times and adhere to legislation and service guidelines on the use of data.
• Adhere to schedules (break and attendance).
• Work Location: Bangalore, Electronic City.
• Working Hours: UK Business hours.
• Weekly Off: Fixed Saturday and Sunday.
