• MBA, PGDM, BE, BTech (IT, Computers or Electronics & Telecommunication) with 0-5 years of relevant knowledge of Cards & Payment, Banking Industry.

Job Description:

• Performing Settlement through RTGS with zero issues for all products in NPCI.
• Handling Settlement and Dispute Management related support for IMPS, AEPS & UPI Operations.
• Responding to the member bank queries on timely basis.
• Onboarding new banks and initiating NBIN addition requests.
• Communication to member Banks regarding new bank joining formalities
• Should follow the instructions/ad hoc work given by the reporting managers on day to day basis
• Knowledge of MS-Office ( MS-WORD, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Good communication skills
