Job Description:
- We are hiring for Semi Voice Process – Spot Offer.
- Date of Joining: 25th April 2024.
- Semi Voice Salary Structure: 17k to 26k (Take home after deductions).
- The primary role of a associate is to answer customer requests for assistance by chat or over the phone.
- This role is crucial to ensuring customer requirements are met in terms of communication, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving incidents or requests.
Job Requirements:
- It will be completely night shifts.
- 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).
- No Regular Pursing Candidates.
- Candidates should have 10, 12 board memos mandatorily.
- Age Criteria: 18 yr to 35 yr.
