Job Description:

• [24]7.ai is hiring for Customer Support – International Semi Voice Process – SPOT OFFER.
• Date of Joining: 30th July and 5th August 2024.
• Salary Structure: 15k to 24k (Take home after deductions).
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customers over a call or chat and provide resolution accordingly by using internal tools.
• Rotational Night Shifts(Midnight shifts as well).
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office/home.

Job Requirements:

• Provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
