Job Description:

• We are hiring for the International Voice Process at [24]7.ai.
• Job Title: International Voice Process (Support Process).
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls and other electronic communications and driving sales by promoting products/services and achieving sales targets.
• Rotational US shifts, including midnight shifts.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week-offs.
• Salary: 19,000 to 28,000 (take-home after deductions).
• Date of Joining : 9th June 2026.
• Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Office-based).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from the office.
• Immediate joiners preferred, based on the company’s requirements.
• Age Criteria: 18 years to 35 years.

Skills Required:

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
• Excellent judgment to evaluate situations and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to convert inbound calls into sales by understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable products/services.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational shifts (24×7).
