Job Description:

  •  [24]7.ai Walkin Drive for Customer Support Executive (International Chat Process) – Hyderabad.
  • Position: International Non voice Customer Support.
  • Mode: Work from Office.
  • Shift: Rotational Night Shift (2 rotational week offs).
  • Salary: Starting 2.7 LPA to 3.8LPA.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through email, chat, and non-voice processes to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases or provide additional assistance when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (customer support/chat process).
  • Strong communication skills for effective written correspondence with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer literacy for navigating software applications related to the role.
