Job Description:

•  [24]7.ai Walkin Drive For International Chat & Semi Voice Process.
• Date of Joining: 24th April 2025 and 2nd May 2025.
• Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well).
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office.
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call and provide resolution accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.

Salary:

• Voice Salary Structure: 19k to 28k (Take home after deductions).
• Chat Salary Structure: 12k to 13k (Take home after deductions).
• Semi Voice Salary Structure: 15k to 19k (Take home after deductions).
