Job Description:

•  [24]7.ai is Hiring for International Voice Process and Semi Voice Process – Fresher’s Only.
• Date of Joining: 14th July 2025.
• Age Criteria: 18 Years to Below 35 Years.
• Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well).
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).
• Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
• Educational certificates are mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work from office.
• The primary role of an agent is to provide service to the customer over a call and provide resolution accordingly.

Salary:

• Voice Salary Structure: 23k (Take home after deductions).
• Semi-Voice Structure: 15k to 19k (Take home Salary after deductions).

Job Requirements:

• Provide support and resolve issues via call and other electronic communication.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
