Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support hiring activities for our Engineering/Technology division.
- The ideal candidate is detail oriented, process driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment while ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Work Mode: Hybrid.
- Shift: Day/Night.
- Work Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Operations
- Quickly review and route resumes to appropriate hiring managers based on job requirements.
- Manage candidate pipelines and track progress, pending items, and next steps.
- Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, HR teams).
- Maintain timely and professional communication with all parties throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, interviewers, and internal teams.
- Ensure seamless coordination with local and global teams, adhering to timelines and hiring processes.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
Process & Documentation
- Maintain accurate data in recruitment systems and trackers.
- Collect interviewer feedback promptly and ensure documentation is complete.
- Support process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to learn new tools, processes, and systems quickly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast moving environment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams both locally and globally.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR processes.
- Experience supporting technical/engineering hiring (preferred but not mandatory).
