• 0-3 years of experience in a voice process.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible in shifts.

Job Description:

• To provide voice based support to stores with regards to service and procedural calls pertaining to Store trading Equipments / ATMs / Lottery / Paypoint / Payzone.
• Provide first line support to stores and answer Emails and voicemails.
• Report calls to vendors and ensure that the resolution is provided within agreed timelines by them.
• Create orders to suppliers on a timely manner and ensure that the suppliers have received them.
• Ensure that the estate wise communication and updates are sent as requested.
• Ensure banks have received the credit card sales data on a daily basis.
• Generate business critical reports on issues and volumes.
• Ensure that the customer facing equipments are working.
• Log issues reported through emails by departments in head office and distribution centres to concerned departments.
