Eligibility Criteria:

• BE, BTech graduates are not eligible.
• Good Verbal and written communication skills in both English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Ability to analyze and influence customer behavior through telephonic conversations.
• Ability to handle customer escalations and share prompt resolutions through interactions with internal as well as external teams.
• Willingness to provide outstanding customer service, go out of the way to ensure great customer experience and should be able to empathize with the customer.

Job Description:

• Solicit guest inquiries.
• Ensuring highlighted issues are resolved.
• Capture guest feedback and profile the customer.
• Ensuring high quality services, resulting in guest delight by extensive interaction with guests and quick resolution of problems.
• Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth functioning of operations and a comfortable stay for the guest.
• Ensuring compliance with predefined standards of customer service by the organization to achieve high customer satisfaction levels
