Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all booking queries gets converted to bookings and eventually to Used Room Nights.
• Scrutinizing/tagging and transferring calls to other teams based on queries.
• Provide hands on support of customer care initiatives such as Customer Experience and detailed care services provided by company.

Shift Timings:

• 10.00 AM – 7.00 PM
• 7.00 AM – 4.00 PM
• 4.00 PM – 1.00 AM (only males)
