Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Care Executive.
• Industry Type: BPO.
• Employment Type: Part Time, Permanent.
• 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Week Off).
• Per Day 5 hours Login.
• Pure dayshifts only.
• No cab facility.
• Work Location: Secunderabad (Work from Office).

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Handle customer calls and provide information.
• Explaining about products.
• Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
• Handling enquiry and service calls.
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good in English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam.
• Freshers and Experienced can apply.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.
