Job Description:

• We are looking for Product Analyst – Intern a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the Product Manager in defining clear, actionable product requirements for Mortgage.
• In this role, you will collaborate closely with different teams to ensure smooth delivery of features that address real customer needs.
• This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, business analysis, and agile development practices, while acting as a bridge between business goals and technical execution.

Job Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities would include:

• Work with the Product Manager to gather, document, and refine requirements from business stakeholders and customers.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes, where applicable.
• Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
• Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare clear documentation including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), process flows, and release notes.
• Support internal and external stakeholders with product-related queries.
• Learn and apply best practices in agile product development and product lifecycle management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace for documentation and presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of product lifecycle and requirement gathering processes.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Nice to have:

• Understanding of the mortgage domain.
• Exposure to data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced functions), or BI tools like Tableau / Power BI.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint processes.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles or wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Miro.
