• Infosys BPM is hiring for Process Executive Trainee – Bangalore Location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling customer request meeting all the SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality).
• Active participation in team building activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduates are eligible.
• Any Graduate (All Education Certificates are mandatory before Joining).
• Graduate between 2018-2023 full time Education.
• Proficient with basic computer knowledge.
• Candidate should be flexible to work in 24×7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
• Ability to Understand process knowledge quickly and efficiently.
