Job Description:

• We are looking for a passionate and motivated US IT Recruiter.
• The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of US recruitment processes, time zones, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and IT skill sets.
• Offered Designation: Associate Executive after 3 months.
• Employment Type: Trainee.
• Probation/Internship Period: 3 months.
• Stipend During Training: Rs. 18,000/- per month.
• Post Probation CTC: 3.6 LPA (Upon successful confirmation).
• Service Agreement: 2 years/2,00,000.
• Work Location: Remote (NCR or Bangalore Based).

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions in the US.
• Work on job boards
• Understand client requirements, technical skills, and job descriptions thoroughly.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
• Negotiate compensation and ensure smooth on-boarding.
• Work during US business hours (EST/CST/PST).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree (Any Discipline).
• 0-12 months of experience in US IT Recruitment or Staffing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zones).
• Preferred candidate Profile: Male.

Preferred Skills:

• Good knowledge of US visa types and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
• Strong sourcing ability using job boards and social media.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
