• Maintain Customer focus at all times and respond to customers enquiries (e-mails and phone) using the best Practice guidelines.
• Work within agreed service levels, striving to exceed customer expectations wherever possible.

Salary:

• Rs. 2,25,000 – 3,00,000/- per annum (Rs. 14,366 Take Home + incentives + EPF + Rs. 22,000 per annum Fixed bonus + ESI)
