Job Description:

• Genpact Mega Walkin Drive for Freshers For Customer Service: Voice & Non Voice Roles (English & Hindi) – Hyderabad.
• Languages Known: Hindi + English.
• Shifts: Flexible with any shift.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Only Work From Office).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate (Any Discipline except law).
• Only Freshers are eligible.
• Candidate should be able to Read/speak/comprehend in Hindi and English language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills.
• Analytical skills with customer centric approach.
• You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift).

Job Responsibilities: Non Voice Roles

• Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality.
• Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines.
• Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
• Provide insights to help improve the support to the users.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities: Voice Roles

• Respond to customer queries and customers concern.
• Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies.
• Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
