• Good mathematical and analytical skills is must.
• Must be a team player and should be ready to work for team first.
• Skills: Project Management/Analytical skills/Excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

• Experience in Project Management – either handling of it or being a part of IT projects.
• Experience in transition / transformation project.
• Good skills in excel.
• Should know excel functions and ability to create meaningful graphs from the data.
• Should be able to mine the data that is given and take out what is required and what is relevant for the company at that point in time.
• Quick decision making in situations that should align with the organization goals and that of the clients.
• Ability to take care of the issues that are raised by clients through decision making.
• Ready to travel to locations for training, presentation etc. Also, should be able to manage everything on his / her own.
• Getting requirements from the clients and converting them in the form of configuration of the application.
