Eligibility Criteria:

• BE, BTech, MBA, MCA graduates are not eligible.
• Diploma in Travel and Tourism (Added advantage).
• Good English communication skills (Verbal with neutral accent / written).
• Good Analytical skills.
• Good flow of thoughts.
• Effective listening skills.
• Willingness to multi-task and work as a team member.
• Adequate knowledge in MS-Office / Email operations.
• Typing skill with minimum speed of 30WPM.
• High energy level and open to work in shifts.
• Flexible to work in any given shift including Saturday & Sunday (5 days a week).
• Experience in Travel industry or IATA /MTA. (Preferred)
• Exposure to the GDS (Saber, Galileo, Amadeus or worldspan) – (Preferred)
• Prior experience in the airline travel / ticketing domain or an international BPO domain will be an added advantage.
