Job Description:

• Amazon is Hiring for Customer Service Associate (Work From Home) – Hyderabad.
• Candidates anywhere from Hyderabad are Eligible & Excellent communication skill is Mandate.
• As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you have a very clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers.
• You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers by answering their requests through phone, chat and/or email this includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance.
• Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification is 10+2. Any graduate/PG is eligible to apply.
• Excellent English communication is Mandate.
• Should be flexible to work in shifts.
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers.
• Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately.
• Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
• Good typing skills.
