Job Description:

• The Cloud Support Engineer role focuses on managing the products deployed on AWS/Azure environment and provide 1st line support for the incidents and application support across multiple products.
• Being able to support applications such as Apache, IIS, Tomcat, and having a good familiarity with database technology and SQL.
• You should also demonstrate a desire for constant improvement, and have experience of automation and scripting tools.
• This role requires to be on-call and weekend support.

Eligibility Criteria:

• BE/B.Tech 2022 graduates (Only CS/IT/Information Science branches)
• 60% throughout the academics.
• Available immediately.

What You Will Do:

• First line of support for incidents / alerts for cloud products
• Analysing application issues and establishing resolutions or recommendations for the development team
• Driving the triage calls with multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, support and devops.
• Fixing issues with cloud products and product deployments.
• Performing basic maintenance and assisting in deploying new resources and product releases.
• Ensures Security and Compliance is maintained at all times.
• Have a good familiarity with tools for managing the environment, this should cover network, virtual servers other virtual resources and cloud services, be able to support applications such as Apache, IIS, Tomcat, and a good familiarity with database technology.

What You Will Have :

• Experience with SQL scripts is a must.
• Exposure to CI and CD tools and Cloud infrastructure is a plus.
