Eligibility Criteria:

• Students who are done CCNA, CCNP Certification is Mandatory.
• Knowledge on Routing, Switching & Security with CCNA, CCNP certification.
• Knowledge on Cisco devices.
• Should have working centralized monitoring/management/logging systems.
• Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment.
• Real time experience of handling a crisis scenario.
• Team Player and Customer Oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting initial device connectivity with network techs.
• Troubleshoot on Level 2 Calls from customers.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
• Provide information that is timely, complete, accurate, appropriate, and accessible
• Document all communication with customers in ticketing tool.
• Mandate to work in US shifts.
• Coordination of connectivity, testing, and/or troubleshooting of service with customer and/or applicable third-party providers if necessary
