Job Description:

• Sagility Walkin Drive For For Process Consultant Trainee.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process US healthcare claims with accuracy and within timelines.
• Handle and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresh Graduates (2023-2026 Pass outs).
• Degrees Allowed: BCom, BSc, BBA, BA, Pharma (Non-Technical Streams Only).
• Not Eligible: BE/BTech, Postgraduates, Diploma holders.
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
