Job Description:

• Greetings from Sagility! We’ve an exciting opportunity for fresher candidates with excellent communication skills for international voice process (US Healthcare).

• Two way cab facility is provided – 30 kms.
• Work Location: Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process US healthcare claims with accuracy and within timelines.
• Handle and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Utilize quick decision-making skills to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate or Intermediate (NO B.E./B.Tech/MBA Fresher).
• Fresher upto 6 months experience.
• Good verbal communication skills; Proficient in written & reading skills.
• Flexible to work for night shifts and work from office.
