Job Description:

• We are hiring for the International Semi-Voice Process at [24]7.ai.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support and resolving issues through calls, chat and other electronic communications.
• Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Office-based).

Work Schedule:

• US rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• 5 working days + 2 rotational weekly offs.
• Work from office (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries via calls and chat.
• Understand and provide accurate solutions to customer issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple interactions efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Intermediate (10+2)/Diploma.
• Work Experience: 0 to 3 years.
• Age: 18 – 35 years.
• Must have all educational certificates.
• Must reside within 23 km of Uppal, Hyderabad.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively.
• Customer-centric approach with good judgment.
• Flexible to work in Night rotational shifts.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Take-home salary: 17,000 to 26,000 per month.
• Free two-way cab facility.
• Self-to-work (STW) allowance of 3,300 (applicable to male employees only).
