Job Description:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Non-Voice Process to handle customer queries and backend operations through chat, and internal tools.
• The candidate should have good written communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Work Environment:

• Work from Office.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat support.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Process customer requests and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain data accuracy while performing backend operations.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate/Undergraduate.
• Freshers or candidates with 0- 5 years of experience in International BPO or customer support can apply.
• Age Criteria: 18 yr – 35 yr.

Job Requirements:

• It will be completely night shifts.
• 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday).
• No Regular Pursing Candidates.
• Candidates should have 10, 12 board memos mandatorily.

Skills Required:

• Good written English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
