Job Description:

• Infosys BPM is Hiring For Freshers BCom/BBA For Voice Process (Hindi) – Bangalore.
• Domain: Voice Process.
• Job Role: Process Executive.
• Shift Time: Day shift.
• Language Mandatory: Hindi.

Language Proficiency:

• Mandatory: English & Hindi (written and verbal).
• Preferred: One regional language (Gujrati, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali, Malayalam, Assamese, Kannada).

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, probing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Good understanding of commerce concepts; taxation knowledge preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously across voice and non-voice channels.
• Follow company/client processes and policies accurately and efficiently.
