Job Description:

• Capgemini is hiring 2025 finance graduates for multiple roles.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidate should be graduated in 2025.
• Candidate should not have any backlog at the time of appearing for the process
• Should have basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Should be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Candidate should have intermediate proficiency in English – both written and verbal.
• Effective time management and ability to work in a high-volume environment.
• Should have basic understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Demonstrates a willingness to certify in relevant technologies.
• Candidates must be open to work in night shifts based on project requirements.

Our Assessment Process:

• Assessment 1 – English Assessment (The English/Communication module which assesses listening, speaking, reading, and writing is the first round of the assessment).
• Assessment 2 – Technical Interview.
• Only those candidates who clear English assessment will be invited for the interview.
