Job Description:

• Wipro Walk-in Drive For Customer/Seller Support (Fresher/EXP).
• Work Location – Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support to international clients through phone calls, emails, and chats.
• Handle customer queries related to products, services, and orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently by troubleshooting problems and escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory/
• 0-2 years of experience in International BPO or similar industry.
• Fluent English language skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings (US shift).
• Proven track record of outstanding customer support/Seller support.
• ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS are eligible.
