Qualification:

• Any Graduation (UG).
• PG graduation candidates are eligible only with work experience.
• 2016, 2017 Passouts.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0 to 2 Years (Other BPO domain with good comm skill is more preferred).
• Must have course completion and Transfer certificate for reference.
• Candidate must have excellent written communication skills in English.
• Must be flexible for night shifts.

Job Description:

• Shift: Night Shifts.
• Free cab facilities (Home pickup and home drop).

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop strong customer relationships and will be responsible to resolve queries of the customers through e-mail and chat within the assigned TAT.
• Build customer relationships as part of the sales process.
• Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues.
• Inform member of current promotions and new or updated products.
• Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new promotional offers and programs.
