Job Description:

• Optum is hiring for Customer Service Executive (Non Voice) – Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 3 Years Bachelors Degree in any specialization (Excluding B.Tech, MCA).
• 6 months to 2 years of voice or chat experience in international BPO – Freshers with Good Communication skills can also apply.
• Should have minimum typing speed of 35-30 words per minute with at least 90-95% accuracy.
• Open to work in Night shifts (5 Days a week) and from Hyderabad location.

Desired Skills:

• Good Oral and Writing skills.
• Open to work in Night shifts from the office.
