• Prefer with Minimum of 6 Months in Email & Chat Support for technical troubleshooting or 1 year in any technical domain with Good communication & Written skill.
• Shift Timings: Australian/UK – Rotational.
• Joining: Immediate.
• Work Location: Concentrix on the Bannerghatta Main Road, Bangalore.

Job Description:

Must have:

• Fresher or Experienced.
• Prefer Minimum 6 months of email & Chat experience in Technical support (Hardware/Software).
• Fluency in Written English.
• Knowledge on PC hardware, Windows OS, Wireless and Networking troubleshooting.
• Typing speed minimum 25 words per min.

Should have:

• Should be fluent in communication skills both spoken & written (English).
• Strong problem-solving and client facing skills.
• Technical/Troubleshooting Knowledge.

Good to have:

• Desktop/Laptop Troubleshooting Knowledge.
• Any hardware Certification will be an added advantage.
