Job Description:

• SITEL Hyderabad is hiring for International Technical Support Voice Process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18 years to 35 years.
• Maximum Qualification: Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students).
• Experience 0-2 year of experience in BPO / Customer service industry (Graduate or Undergraduate Freshers also can apply).
• Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English.
• Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts).

Job Description For International Voice (Technical Support):

• Responsibility: Provide Technical/Customer Support to International Customers.
• Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
• Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
• Must Have Basic Technical Knowledge.
• Working Days: 5 days working.
• Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs (Rotational and Split).
• Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop (Post Lockdown).
• Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Operations Round, Technical Assessment, Client Round.

Note:

• Graduates with backlogs can apply for this post.
• All Interviews will happen over Telephonic or Skype.
• Any candidate applying for this position would work from home during the Lockdown period but after the lockdown period need to be okay to resume work from office.
