Job Description:

• SITEL Hyderabad is hiring for UK/US Inbound Customer Service/Technical process.
• Handling inbound calls.
• Providing Customer support to Customers.
• Shifts: Rotational UK shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts).
• Salary: Basis on your interview performance and process (Min 12,500 + Incentives).
• 5 Days working (2 Rotational and Split offs).
• Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts.
• Cab Services: Free home pick up and home drop.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).
• Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students).
• Experience 0-2 year of experience in BPO/Customer service industry (Graduate Freshers will be preferred).
• Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken English skills.
• Age: 18 years to 35 years.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent communication skills with good hold on grammar.
• Basic knowledge of computer.

Interview Process:

• JAM.

• Operations round.
• Additional language verification round for US process.
