Eligibility Criteria:
- 0 – 2 years experience on .Net application support hosting with support back ground.
- Knowledge on VAS experience will be additional advantage.
- Knowledge on IIS/SQL/ Basic networking concepts and Application Support.
Job Description:
- Interaction with QA /business teams on product releases.
- Perform in-depth technical root cause analysis for high-priority IIS issues.
- Set standards for the configurations of new applications.
- Assist with application release process improvements and automation.
- Recommend tuning adjustments to resolve complex performance issues (response time, throughput, etc.).
