Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for calling insurance companies in US on behalf of physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• Calling Insurance agents on claims resolutions and handling the denials for a closure.
• Appropriate documentation of the claims.
• Understand Client requirements and specifications.
• Ensure targets are met on daily/weekly/monthly basis within the stipulated timelines.
• Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to Quality Standards.
• Ensure follow up on Pending Claims.
• Prepare and maintain a status reports.
