Job Description:

• Wipro Hiring Freshers for Voice process in Healthcare domain – Hyderabad.
• Shift: US Shift/Night Shift.
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiner.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate
• Excellent communication written and verbal is mandate.
• Customer Service/Call Center Experience in BPO/KPO preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Office tools and Windows PC applications.
• Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone.
• Candidates with any Voice/Non-voice experience having good communication can apply.
• Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product.
