Job Description:

• Matching the documents with internal tools and initiating the payment.
• Receiving invoices and processing them immediately for payment.
• Consistently exceed productivity and error standards.
• Should be able to provide updates/best practice sharing to the team.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• Handled customer inquiry functions.
• Uploading documents (Internal Tools).
• Keeping a great relationship with all the Client.
• Team Player.
• Flexible with Shifts and Public Holidays.
• Should adhere to the company policies.
• Flexibility to work on 24/7 shift.
• 5 day working, rotational weekly offs.
• Immediate joining required

Desired Skills:

• Good knowledge of Google tools such as Chrome, Drive, Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Sites , etc.
• Hands on experience on mentioned – Excel, PPT.
• Good communication skills (Written and Verbal).
• Should have good typing speed.
• Quick Learner.
