Job Description:

• VXI Global Solutions is hiring for the International Voice Process for Freshers/Experience – Hyderabad.
• Night Shifts- Rotational Shifts.
• Two way cab facility.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced for International voice Process.
• Minimum of two years college education.
• Able to read, write and speak the English language proficiently to communicate with customers, comprehend and follow instructions.
• Prior experience in international voice support (Sale) will be an added advantage.
• Not hiring any pursuing candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via call for international customers.
• Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
• Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
• Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
• Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.
• Candidates should be willing to work in Night/Rotational Shifts.

Salary:

• Fresher: 3 LPA (20000/- as Take Home).
• Experience: Max 3.5 LPA (24k Take Home).
