Job Description:

• Vonage is hiring for IT Services Technician Apprentice (2024/2025 Graduates) – Bangalore.
• This will be a 12-month apprenticeship position.
• You must be currently based in Bangalore or be willing to  work hybrid in our Bangalore office (WeWork, Roshini Tech Hub, PFS Club House, Marathahalli Main Rd, R.J.Gardens, Lakshminarayana Pura, EPIP Zone, Chinnapanna Halli Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037).

What will you do?

• As the Vonage IT Services Technician Apprentice, you will work as part of a global IT team that is responsible for providing critical IT services to the business, with a focus on assisting with imaging and configuration of laptops as well as troubleshooting user issues.
• Vonage Apprentices are given meaningful assignments and exposure to real-world experiences within the technology industry.
• All Vonage Apprentices are challenged to think outside the box, shatter the status quo, and innovate relentlessly!

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualifications: Should have completed BE or B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• GPA: We are strictly looking for candidates with a GPA of 6.5 or above.
• Age Requirement: Must meet minimum legal age for apprenticeship programs as per local labour laws.
• Communication Skills: Strong English verbal and written communication abilities.
• Eagerness to Learn: Enthusiastic about acquiring new skills and knowledge in the field.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior staff.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive attitude and willingness to tackle challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in task execution.
• Technical Skills: Configuration, Troubleshooting
• Work Timings: Certain roles may require an alignment with the UK timezone (For ex. from 2.00 PM up to 10.30/11.00 PM India).
• Important Note: Candidates should be able to join Vonage full time apprenticeship on the 16th of July 2025 as a mandatory requirement.

Hiring Process:
