Job Description:

• We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive in our International Voice Process.
• This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in the BPO industry with a leading organization.
• Fixed Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
• Weekly Rotational off.
• Bond Duration: 2 Years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
• Assist customers with their queries, complaints, and support requests.
• Provide accurate information about products/services.
• Resolve issues within the defined turnaround time.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.
• Maintain call logs and update customer information as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers (Graduates) or Experienced.
• Willingness to work in a voice-based international process.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand and respond to customer queries effectively.
• Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Customer-centric attitude and willingness to learn.
