Job Description:

• We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Freshers to join our recruitment team.
• As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for IT and Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
