Job Description:

• TEKsystems is hiring for Support Engineer – Bangalore, Hyderabad.
• Shift: Rotational Shifts, Including night shifts (24/7 should be flexible).
• Provide basic support for messaging systems (like Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, or mail gateways).
• Monitor email queues, message flows, and system health.
• Assist in resolving email delivery issues and spam filters.
• Document and escalate issues to L2/L3 support teams.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Basic understanding of email systems and protocols (SMTP, IMAP, etc.).
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in messaging platforms.
• Any exposure to MS Exchange, O365, or Zimbra is a plus.
