Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is Hiring For Recruiter – Hyderabad.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates for BPO positions.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and manage relationships with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresher and Experienced both can apply.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of BPO roles and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
