Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra Hiring for International Voice Process – Immediate Joiners.
• Work Location: Hyderabad (Bahadurpally) – Tech Mahindra Campus.
• Flexibility: 24/7 with 2 rotational Off.
• 2-way cab facility provided.
• Provide customer support.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers are also eligible.
• Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries.
• Relevant experience in International Voice Process.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English (verbal and written).
• Good customer handling skills.
• Should be comfortable working for Rotational shifts & Voice process.

Salary:

• For Fresher 2.5 LPA and for Experience up 4.1 LPA based on last drawn CTC.
