• Work Location: Hyderabad Bahadurpally Tech Mahindra Campus.
• Flexibility: 24/7 with 2 rotational Off.
• UK shifts (Rotational shifts).
• 2 way cab facility provided.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support.
• Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and Written).
• Good customer handling skills.
• Should be comfortable working for Rotational shifts & Voice process.
• Chat process with good typing speed and written skills.
