Job Summary:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Domestic Voice Process Executive – Hyderabad.
• Job Opening: Job Title: Customer Support Associate Domestic Voice Process.
• Facilities: No cab facility provided.

Work Schedule:

• 5 days working
• Day (Rotational) Shifts for Females.
• Rotational shifts for Males.
• Rotational week offs.

Salary:

• 2.4 for Fresher.
• 2.7 for Experienced One’s.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain call quality standards and adhere to process guidelines.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Work effectively in rotational shifts and week offs.
