Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Support Executive (Inbound Calling) – Hyderabad.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Working Days: 5 days a week.
• Week Off: 2 rotational offs.
• Shift Timing: Rotational shifts (Males), Day shift only (Females).
• Shift Duration: 10 hours.
• Transport: No cab facility provided.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Immediate joiners preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
