Job Description:

• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Associate Executive – Hyderabad.
• Job Opening: Healthcare Process Executive.
• CTC: 2.1 LPA – 2.8 LPA.

Work Schedule:

• 5-day working with 2 split week offs.
• Rotational shifts for male employees.
• Day rotational shifts for female employees.
• No cab facility provided.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream).
• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of regional languages such as Telugu, Hindi, Odia is preferred.
• Good knowledge of medical terms or healthcare processes.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to business needs.
• Prior experience in healthcare BPO or customer service preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls as per business requirements.
• Book appointments for patients and explain healthcare packages in detail.
• Apply medical knowledge or process understanding to support patient queries.
